-Added rcs_shotsfired (amount of bullet shot before rcs gets activated, minimum 1)
-Added rcs_pitch & rcs_yaw (control the rcs factor, between 1.0 & 2.0)
-Aimbot_smooth is now multiply by 10 (what was 20.0 with older client is now 2.0)
